Let's see.... obviously I won't repeat characters so Zack, Kimberly, Billy, Trini, Jason and Tommy are my favorites throughout their appearances, same goes for the others like Kat and anyone else that has an appearance in other seasons.

MMPR = Zack. Kimberly. Billy. Trini. Jason. Tommy. Kat.
MMAR = Delphine and Cestro.
Zeo = Kat. Trey.
Turbo = Cassie. Ashley. Phantom.
Space = Andros and Zhane.
Galaxy = Maya, Kendrix, Karone and Mike.
Lightspeed = Dana and Ryan.
Time Force = Jen
Wild Force = Taylor and perhaps Alyssa.
Ninja Storm = Tori
Dino Thunder = Kira and Trent.
SPD = Cruger, Kat, Syd and Z.
Mystic Force = Maddie, Leanbow, Daggeron, Udonna
Overdrive = Ronny, Rose, Tyzonn
Jungle Fury = Lily, RJ, Dominic
RPM = Summer
Samurai = Lauren and Emily
Megaforce = Gia and Emma.
