Default Warriors becoming Giant

Now we haven't seen many instances of this I won't count Tommy growing when he was under Rita's spell since that was her own dark magic but I find it interesting how in most cases when Rangers (as well as their allies) grow they don't change their appearance.

Ninjor is capable of changing his appearance and he appears to be the only one and as far as we can tell his Battle Mode is only there for fighting Giants so it makes you wonder as to why he is so different.

Ninjor is a robot that can change forms when he is giant. Most of the monsters just grow gigantic and stay in the same form. Scorpions' s form would change though.

How do you explain Auric and Sentinel Knight not changing forms? Sentinel Knight was a robot too but he never changed forms from a Giant to another Giant Battle Mode and the same thing with Auric.

They just didn't have different forms. Same reason why some zords have battle modes and others don't
