Why didn't they just bring Tommy back full time in Megaforce

While the idea of an iconic veteran coming back as mentor is always appealling, Tommy already did it in DT. Jason MIGHT, -MIGHT- come back in DC, we don't know yet. But as for a MegaForce Mentor, I would greatly have enjoyed Billy coming back; he had the smarts, knowledge of how the Powers worked, and combat experience.

yes it's always nice to see previous characters return and while he did return for DT and for the Legendary Battle at the end of the day whoever returns (whether we like their actor or not) it's always a good thing to see. Yes we've seen Tommy return a lot but at the end of the day he's probably the actor that is most willing to sacrifice the most to return however I do agree with you about Billy.
