that's not the debate we're having in this thread though. We know they kept their Morphers following "End of Time, Part 3" but the question is why? Also did Time Force ever take them back at any point in time due to possible side effects of their time changing?

I think Time Force just let them keep the morphers. For whatever reason they didn't see it as a temporal breach. It is kind of odd but their are a lot of things with Time Force that make them look odd.
