back in those days the Executive Producers would've had the final say which was generally Shuki's call but he left all calls before then to the Supervising Producer. Tzachor didn't have any power in the early going since Doug was the one who was in charge during Turbo and at the very least Zeo as well

I knew Shulki was the showrunner back then, but I didn't realize Sloan had more power than Tzachor in Zeo. I always thought Tzachor was still his boss back then.
