Leaders In Power Rangers

I noticed how the chain of leadership seems to change alot, In power rangers. First jason with zack as second in command, Then tommy with rocky or adam.

I really don't think it changes much if you go by the Ranger designation since it's usually the Red Ranger that is the leader but if you go by the actual person then yes, it changes a lot since we've Jason, Tommy, Delphine, Tommy for Zeo and Turbo, T.J. for Turbo, Andros for Space, Leo for Galaxy, Carter for Lightspeed, Jen for Time Force, Taylor for Wild Force until Cole got recruited then it was Cole, Shane for Ninja Storm, it was usually Conner for Dino Thunder, it was usually Jack for SPD, Nick for Mystic Force, Mack for Overdrive, Casey for Jungle Fury, Scot for RPM, Jayden for Samurai and then Lauren once she came around and now we have Troy for Megaforce.

We know the Alien Rangers probably are. We can assume the same with Trey and Phantom as well. Probably Andros as well but otherwise that's all we know. We can assume Carter and Dana are helping out the job with the jobs that they had as seen in their teamup episode.
With Time Force, we know they still have officers around... we just don't know if Trip, Jen, Lucas, Katie, Circuit, Ransik and Nadira went back to their time.

We know SPD is still helping out just with recent promotions as seen in the "Overdrive" teamup episode.

Also in regards to the second in command, that's hard to say.
MMPR = Once Tommy became the leader, Jason was usually second in command until he left.
MMAR = Aurico was typically second in command.
Zeo = I'm not sure they had a second in command until Jason came back.
Turb =
Space = I believe it was different. Andros was the leader but T.J. was second in command for plans. Carlos was second in command for the battles.

Galaxy = Mike was second in command once he came back.
Lightspeed =
Time Force = Wes was second in command.
Wild Force = Taylor was second in command.
Ninja Storm =
Dino Thunder =
SPD = Sky was second in command while it was just the 5 of them and Sam.
Mystic Force =
Overdrive =
Jungle Fury =
RPM =
Samurai =
Megaforce =

Something that I had just remembered is that I believe Summer was second in command for RPM.
