Space Ranger Powers

Now as we know the Space Rangers' powers were linked to the Astro Megaship itself at least throughout Space itself and Andros was usually able to bypass that with his Battlizer because it was a Battlizer device upgrade however something that I'm curious about is how Zhane was able to bypass it since he has a DigiMorpher and you would assume it would've been linked to the same Megaship link as well but it wasn't since Zhane was able to morph even despite the connection to the Megaship being cut off.

Good observation. Never thought of that. That is wierd how the Digimorpher could do that. Did it work off an independent power source?

I think it just had its own power source. Maybe it was hidden with the K0 35 rebels.

The lighting strike that fixed Zhane's powers gave him greater abilities to access the powers beyond using the Megaship.

The power source to the Silver Powers must have been hidden somewhere.

I think Zhane got his power from lightning. The power source was stored in his morpher.

that's an interesting thought... perhaps the DigiMorpher was connected to the Megaship but because of him using the lightning strike to re-energize his Morpher perhaps it reacted as kind of like a power surge which means he would be able to bypass any grid blocking properties much like Andros could with his Battlizer.

I never thought of that before. Its a good point. I agree the idea about the lightening is creative and could work. But maybe it was because Zhane was already morphed and was able to hold the form for so long.

Zhane obviously had a different power source that wasn't on the Megaship. But I agree that it also was at least partially powered by lightning. Zhane was able.to fight morphed when the Rangers couldn't so there is no way around it.
