Word is not until after the 2009 season. With the crap they are churning out from New Zealand, the death of the Live Action is the only thing they can do to it, there is no way to save it, it's to far gone to be anything other than the crap it has sunk to.

With an animated version that starts off as a remake of MMPR it at least has a chance of not being crap.

Aparently, it might not neccessarly be an MMPR remake. The piolet was but the show might end up being something else.

Jungle Fury would be the last live action. Meaning 2009 would be the animated show, presumably.

I can't say for sure. But I would think it has to do with saving money on production costs. It may be too expensive for them to produce the show. That would seem to be the more likely reason to me.
