I was very surprised when the two Venjix's weren't the same. It seemed like such an obvious connection to make. But "Doctor K" and the whole au angle makes that not possible.

Wow surprised my thread got bumped! But not complaining lol.

I like how Amit planned to merge RPM into the PRU in his treatment for that Sentai they skipped.

It is weird that Eddie picked that name and made it totally unrelated to the original Venjix. There has to be people like Jackie that knew better even if he didn't make the connection.

Perhaps the new Venjix was inspired by the old. Once it was decided that RPM would be its own world, similar names no longer mattered.
