Where does Sun Vulcan fall on the scale of Sentai goofiness?

Back when I was a teenager, I wanted everything I consumed to be MATURE ADULT STUFF. When I finally got into toku, I had a hard enough time admitting to myself that I thought Kamen Rider was cool, and I steered clear of Super Sentai.

Now that I've grown out of that point in my life, I enjoy a lot more stuff. I've been getting into Sun Vulcan, which can be pretty goofy. I'm curious how it compares, in that aspect, to other Sentai shows. I haven't watched a lot of Sentai, and if this is as goofy as it gets I may have a looooooot more shows that I could be watching.

I think Sun Vulcan might be the limit for me, though. There's points where they go juuuust far enough that I don't find things grating that, in the hands of another director, probably would

Is Sun Vulcan as silly as Sentai gets?
