If Disney doesn't buy the show back...I think Saban would be best to cut a deal with Toon Disney and let them produce the show for him. At least get a tv deal with a Disney Network.

I think they are goinf to renew with Nick when the time comes.

I can't see why Saban would want to leave Nick. It has a good deal with them that they might not get elsewhere.

The network doesn't really make a difference to me, as long as it is easy to find.
