Where do the OO Powers come from?

MMPR = Zordon gave the powers to the teens but Ninjor made them.
Aquitians = where do their powers come from? we don't know
Zeo = Billy created them likely with Zordon and Alpha's help. Where did the Gold powers come from? we don't know.
Turbo = Zordon and Alpha likely made them.
Space = who made them? Andros had his and the other 4 but we don't know how he got them. Zhane already had his Morpher but where did it come from?
Galaxy = Came from the Quasar Sabers but where did they come from?
Lightspeed = Angela made them.
Time Force = who made them?
Wild Force = we don't know who made the powers but the main zords created the Morphers
Ninja Storm = I think Cam made them? don't quite recall
Dino Thunder = Hayley made them
SPD = Manx made them
Mystic Force = who made them? Udonna gave the powers to the main team but who made them?
Overdrive = Andrew made them
Jungle Fury = RJ made them
RPM = K made them
Samurai = who made them? also where did Morphers come from? we know Emily's was originally her sister's and Lauren's was originally her Dad's
Dino Charge = Kendall Morgan made them

But the power coins, Zeo Crystal, Quasar Sabers all had clear power sources. Even if we didn't know their origins. Of course we found out Ninjor made both sets of coins from MMPR. The Space, Lightspeed Powers, and Time Force had plenty of time to have their powers designed. Hartford knew nothing of Ranger tech and suddenly he is an expert months later? All because he had a conversation with Sentinal Knight?
