I think Scorpious was a rival to Specter. Trakeena was just referring to an honor among theives mentality when she confronted Karone on Onyx. But Scorpious being as powerful as Specter makes it a joke that Lord Leo killed him.

Scorpious wasn't part of it. By Galaxy, Trakeena would have no problem going to a UAE planet like Onyx. Since it only the remnants were left. They wouldn't waste time fighting another evil doer. Not when they needed new members. Trakeena was also playing there sense of pride to get them to go after Karone.

Muntiny was just a B level villain who only had interest in slaves. Until he got free from the LG. At which point Trakeena destroyed him. But in any case Mutiny was not part of the UAE at any point.

I think they were at least at some point. Just not during the big battle. Or they were just deserters that weren't punished with most of the UAE gone.
