Let's see here are some of my ideas.

A villain modeled after the original Putties but they would have a design similar to Pudgy Pig.

A monster would look like a Black Samurai but all human-ish parts on him such as a human face would be covered up with an animal design like for example let's see the face of a Black Bear.
