perhaps the Ancient Warriors weren't bonded to any of the primary zords since it was the Tiger, Bison, Shark, Eagle, Lion and Merrick's zords who made their powers.

The Giraffe apparently belonged to 1 of the Warriors but I guess it wasn't meant to be a Ranger zord if you will.
