Building a new pr forum requires patience. No one is goung to just flock to it. You have to be patient and get the word out ( without spamming someone elses forum). Sometimes starting a pr website might help ( but a website requires a lot of work). When I tool over PRO it was dormant. It took me a long time before I got traffic to it. Even rangerboard started out as a small forum. Just be paitent.
