How did the Rangers form the Megazord in Green With Evil Part 2 since Jason was in the Dark Dimension?

Answer: Just like the Dragonzord the Dinozords also had an automated pilot system but presumably only 1 Dinozord could take control of it at any given time.

In Missing Green candles that were similar to the Green Candle were being used to drain Zack, Kimberly, Billy and Trini's morphing powers but how was this possible since the Green Candle needed Tommy to touch wax in order to drain his powers?

Answer: The reason is because Rita's powers simply weren't that strong so she needed Tommy's DNA and his Coin in order to activate the draining spell whereas Zedd's magic was more powerful so he just needed the Coins in order to activate his spell.

How did Kendrix come back to life?

Answer: if you take a good look at the scenes you would see that the Savage Sword's destructive blast did not truly destroy her since her Quasar Saber saved her by technically pulling her energy into the Saber and then the Sabers were returned to where they were found all evil things that had been done by Scorpius and minions were presumably undone as you could see with the effects that were going on with Mirinoi as well as bringing Kendrix back to life.
