I can see why you'd say No. Please realize that this story came to my mind based upon a past post by PA. In no way does it have to include Hannah Montana. If that's what your "No" is about. But if Disney decides to add her it would still work.
Without the HM storyline, it could just be his niece(some random actress) and all can be resolved as normal.
