It would be interesting if the Titanium Morpher was later re-worked into a Battle Booster type of wrist device where all Rangers could use a fraction of the Titanium Ranger powers whenever they needed to. It could work for the story as well since Ryan is basically gone until the end of the season. When he would come back, Mr Fairweather could simply de-activate the Titanium-powered Battle Booster devices and re-activate the Titanium Morpher, giving Ryan back his powers.
