Can children as a team of Power Rangers work?

I've been thinking about how the ToQgers are actually kids, and this question suddenly popped out in my head, "Would a team of Power Rangers whose member are not teens or adults, but kids, instead, will work?" Give me your answers and your opinions

Not really interested. Power Rangers works better with teenagers. That is what the show has almost always been about. Having little kids as Rangers has been experimented with an failed. I say keep it between teenagers and young adults.

Agreed, Power Rangers should always be about teenagers with attitude. When the show gets away from this it just gets itself into trouble.

I feel it would be a bad idea: The Power itself is meant for those who have the will and possibly the health to wield it. A child, though strong willed, isn't mentally or physically fit enough to contain the power from the grid, which is why they never Morphed during seasons 2 and 3 when kids again, least thats my thoughts on it.

It makes you wonder why Justin was so special that he got to be a Power Ranger. It had to be more than him discovering the Ranger's idenities.

My theory for that is: Zordon saw untapped potential in Justin when he arrived to the Power Chamber, and decided to allow him to take on the Blue Turbo Powers since Rocky was MIA.

Justin had smarts; he was in highschool at the age of twelve, so maybe that may have also had something to do with it.

Its possible Zordon saw an opertunity to groom Justin to be a great Ranger. Since he knew the older Rangers would move on soon. Justin could learn from the veteran team until then.

So Zordon wanted him to be the next "Tommy"?
