Forum Layout Changes
 

I tweaked the forum layout a little bit. The Masked Rider and Dragon Knight forums we're merged with the Kamen Rider Forum. Sailor Moon and Digimon we're deleted. Any posts we're moved to off topic. Once the import of the PRO Database is done, you can expect to have more forums.
