Miko was a samurai. Was she related to the Samurai Ranger line?

Would make sense to me ....How many Samurai's can their be? Maybe she had an older sibling that was training to be a samurai.... And got sent to the Wind Ninja Acadamy to have something for her to do.

I think Miko's family are different kind of Samurai's. Her orgins don't fit what we know of the PRS Samurai's. The green gem doesn't seem very compatible either. It would be like saying the Wind Ninja's got their powers from Ninjor when they have nothing to do with each outer.

well to be fair we don't know where the Wind Rangers or the Thunder Rangers' powers come from.
Cam never said anything about creating those specific powers and his Ranger form was presumably a part of the Cyclone Morpher so who made it is also unknown.
Cam just seemed to be responsible for creating the Tsunami Cycles, Dragonforce Vehicle, the Ninja Sword's Gold Mode and at least perhaps some of the Power Spheres but definitely not all of them.

I think its pretty unlikely. Especially since Samurai was 10 years away. Its more likely that the Shiba led Samurai's were totally different from Miko's family.
