I would do a Zeo Movie instead of a Turbo Movie. Zedd and Rkta would be defeated and the new Turbos would be introduced. By the end of the movie . The Rangers retire as the Neo Rangers become Turbo Rangers.

They probably would have used the Arrowhead storyline as a reason for his departure.

Jason would be a great replacement for Tommy. I'd say Billy but we know David Yost wanted to leave for personal reasons.
