no it was because they didn't have a suitable actress for her in fact here's a message I posted that's dated for 2012 which hopefully accurately details what happened

I found the link by googling Sabrina Lu, the actress that played the in-suit Scorpina in Season 2's "Goldar's Vice Versa."

Apparently Wendee told the fan that the studio wanted more Scorpina and after her Zyuranger footage ran out, they tried tracking down Ami (the Zyuranger actress) but they weren't able to so eventually they had to handle with a replacement and that would be Sabrina Lu.

I don't know how truthful this is but it is an interesting story and I thought I would share it. I would assume it's truthful since it's something Wendee apparently stated.

That is an interesting story. I wish they would have kept going with the new actor and new suit.

This is unacceptable! If I had the power I had now ,the person that made that decision would have been fired!

It is a shame they couldn't keep the second actor around. There was a lot more they could have done with Scorpina. She could have had an interesting rivalery with Aishia. Also it would have been interesting to see her clash with Adam again.

It would have been overkill to keep Scorpina around with so many new characters and events going on. She deserved a better write odd though. The Adam episode would have been perfect.

It's just onws of those things that slipped through the cracks. MMPR was a crazy time behind the scenes.

Lord Zedd banished Scorpina in the past. Thats why she wasn't with Rita when she got sealed in the dumpster. Rita was able to call her back during GWE. But she knew Zedd could kill her once he returned, so she left. Somehow Goldar convinced Zedd to give Scorpina one more chance. Once she failed, she ran again. And this time Zedd wasn't going to spare her ( or just banish her).

I always thought it was weird she disappeared with no real explanation. I guess she is just one of those forgotten things.
