RangerKing here. I have updated my website a little early because it took me a lot less time then I had thought. So I have went on hiatus again. This time it's to work on the villain profiles. PRangerX here. Well now that Fighting Spirit has aired its time to unviel a little tid bit my friend and I  have been hiding. PRdude wrote to Letham Graines and recieved a response from him. The response was well written and a great read. Check it out. But the real tidbit was the fact that it was written on the back of the title page of the script for Fighting Spirit. I showed Chris Funaro (Commander Crayfish) PRdude's Scans. PRdude and I didn't want to break the story since it had spiolers and we didn't want anyone to get any one in any trouble. Funaro showed his friend Jesse Herdon (SirStack). Jesse thought he could break the story , thats how the Fighting Spirit episode title came out months ago. Here is the image of the script. PRangerX Here. Well as promised I went back and edited the behind the scenes story on PROD. I updated it as well and changed things. So I hope that redeems me for almost forgeting PR's birthday. Some of the names I give out in the piece are spelt wrong still but I will fix them later. Sorry guys!. I also noticed that due to my bone headeness I somehow deleted the link to the production section. No knowing how long you all have been denied to pleasure of viewing  the section I plan on putting that link back up soon, on the PROD. PRangerX here. Well it appears that Power Rangers has turned 11 today. This is an event I didn't anticipate.  I feel like a husband who forgot his anniversey. But in any case here is the best last minute gift I could come up with. This is the Behind The Scenes Story of Power Rangers. Yes I know its the same document i have had up at the PROD for months but I think it fits this occation. If it counts for anything I"ll try to give it a quick grammer check. Keep in mind this was done right before dt aired so it is dated by a few months. Discuss this here.

PRangerX Here. Ron Wasserman has made  a demo for the new spd theme. Some people have been lucky enough to hear it. I have been one of the lucky ones. Let me say that it sounds really good. Has  a real rock feel to yet while still remaining faithfull to past Power Ranger themes. Its great to have the Mighty Raw Back.  Discuss this here.

PRangerX here. Doug Sloan has posted a thread at Rangerboard. In the wake of Fighting Spirit, it  seems that the fandom is finally coming to their senses and given Doug and Co the props they deserve. Doug is thanking everyone of their kind words. Its a good thread and I suggest retained it if you can.  Discuss this here. 

PRangerX here. Well to say this weeks episode was an exciting one would be an understatement. For those of us who have been watching Power Rangers since the beginning this episode was a real treat. Not only did we get the to see the return of JDF on screen but the returns of the Red Zeo, old White, and Green rangers respectivly. Ironically one of the most overexposed Rangers in the shows early history got some much  needed focus this week. This is just a testament to how well the production staff has used the Tommy character this year. They haven't overexposed him or have him take center stage.  I loved the hair joke during the White Ranger battle. It was great seeing the dragon dagger again. Having tommy fight his old selfs in a coma was a good concept. The way they cut from that battle and the Ranger's own battle was  well done. It was interesting to see Terrorsuarus again. The battle at the end of the episode was great, I loved Tommy's Super Dino Mode. I also loved how the Rangers used their Super Dino Modes to power the megazord. I think one of the most underrated aspects of this episode is the growth we saw in Cassidy. She seemed to be a lot nicer to the Rangers now. She showed a lot of maturity when she  decided to not run the story that the Rangers were missing ( at least not in the way her producer wanted her). Should be interesting to see just what the do with the Tommy character now that JDF is back again. Discuss this here.

 PRangerX here. A new forum has popped up in the fandom. It seems like a good concept. It costs a dollar to jion. For that dollar you get to use the various features of the board (pming , pictures ect.) While some may not want to pay money it seems like a good idea to me. And its not like a dollar is that much. Rangerhood as the forum is called is a vbuiltin owned by none other than Will Marbury. None other than Will Power Red and/or Imperiosty himself. Discuss this here.  PRangerX here. It appears that Sally Martin and Emma Lahana have once again  posted at rangerboard. Its always nice to see people that actually work on the show show up in the fandom. Even if they don't have time to really stick around much. Some people actually have lives you know. Of course this comes from a guy that just graduated from college and spends more time on his PR website than he does his job search. So go figure. Discuss this here.

My one rule about XRO is that it doesn't become  chore like it did in the early days. Since I am already working on Power Rangers Online Database I have to keep things easy this way. Of course I probably will go nuts anyway. But not before finishing the Database. If you really need to post about a news byte at PRO feel free to do so. So I don't think this is a big deal. Besides you get more of my bad jokes. Which is a fair trade off if you ask me. I know nobody asked me. Discuss this here.

PRangerX here. I might be a little late on this one. As you may have noticed on the left hand column, XRO has a monthly site of the month. This months was Naks Power Rangers. It time to take a quick look at this months winner and see just why I chose it.  Normally I would do this more towards the beginning of the month but this is a new feature so give your webmaster a break. Or you can make me regret this for months and never forgive me. We can still be friends though. Of course  bad jokes get me no where. But seriously enjoy. Discuss this here.

Ninja Jack Here. A couple of years ago there was a rumor going around that we might get to see PRWF in a DVD boxed set that year, such word turned out to be almost false, we did get new  PRWF Dvds, but not the whole season in a boxed set as we were hoping for. In the time since then we`ve seen dozens of new Ranger DVDs like The Best Of Power Rangers and the season finale of PRNS (bonus included in the first of the PRDT releases).  But still no season sets in sight. Theres was word that Buena Vista planned to release a boxed set, but it just turned out to be more hot air. Don`t blame Darth Vader (fan who help spread the rumor accidently), if anything blame Buena Vista DVD. The fact of the matter is that My Little Pony and a whole slew of long dead undesirable  shows have been put on DVD, while Power Rangers, a number one stunner for 12 seasons, has  not. It just doesn`t make sense to me. Even the Ninja Turtles have gotten a DVD release, a show with all it`s glory was knocked out of the fad spot by PR years ago...I`ll be honest here, I`ve had ENOUGH! Like clear channel controlling my radio, I`ve had enough. Like Paulie Shore`s agent, I`ve had enough! I say we give it to them, we start a email campaign to let our collective voices be heard and get this mainstay a much deserved DVD season set! LETS DO IT! Discuss this here.

PRangerX here. Yesterday's episode seemed more fillerish. It wasn't a bad epsiode. It was full of good action and  some comedy. I didn't like how Elsa and Mesagog each made a joke this  episode, but it was nothing to make them sound too corney. Elsa has been known to be sarcastic anyway. The date scene with Ethan and Cassidy was funny but the fact that they already broke up perplexes me. I mean if this was a one shot thing in an episode I could understand. But they have been building to this for a few eps. The only thing I can think of is that they will get back together later or this was just a way to give Cassidy some development. Docter Oliver being invisible was an interesting concept but it seemed to not really be a focus of the episode. I don't think he will be invisible for long and we should see him back to normal very soon. One of my problems with the episode was how the White Ranger Clone just showed up. I mean last time we saw him it looked like Conner jdestoryed him. Now he is back with no  mention as to why he is still alive. Plus he has Trent's megazord all of a suddan. And the characters don't seem to think any of this is strange. I understand it has to do with the Abakiller footage but still. I liked the bit were they showed Mercer struggling to not become Mesagog and how Trent tried to help. I get the feeling Mercer is having trouble staying himself more than ever. So despite a few complaints this was an effective yet more filler like episode. Discuss This Here.

PRangerX here. I just want to take a minute to piont you all in the direction of one of my firends fic series. Some of you who have been around awhile may remember Delta Red. He had a fic series called EVG. EVG remade Lost Galaxy,, Lightspeed Rescue, Time Force, and featured other side stories. Now Delta has brought his fic universe back. Check it out if you already haven't If you have check again. Delta made some changed to the space retcon and the lost galaxy series. Delta is a great writer and it is a pleasure to have him back. EVG tells the story of Matt Corbett ( the ranger of light) and his battle against the forces of evil. His story begins in the space retcon and spans almost the entitity of EVG. I came up with the idea for his Lightspeed Rescue Series. His rewrites and story revisions reallly took the LR remake to a new level. Enjoy! Discuss this here.

Ninja Jack here.Dukemon is reporting that Toei/Bandai/Plex have decided on which theme they will use in the coming year  for Super Sentai`s 30th  year. It seems that Sports, Olympics and Greek Myth is going to be our next sentai, from the looks of it. PLEX/Toei/Bandai want to use the recent Olympic boom(the return of the Olympics to Athens), as a catapult for the show. Sounds good to me:) We can assume the colors will be Red, Black, Blue, Yellow and Green, which leads me to believe we will actually get a green female, just based on the way the olympic rings are set up. I'm going to do some research, and find out what are the most recognized olympic sports, might give some insight as to what we may be dealing with as of next year. Hello fellow Giant Killers, this is Ninja Jack! I`ve just joined this place and will be sending in newsbytes and bites from throughout the net. From time to time I`ll type up an article or two, but as of right now I`d like to introduce .Rage is a very 
talented, very humble artist whose managed for a moment to capture the hearts of all us  who might chance a gander at his work, especially his recent  work.  If you want to catch his next works, go. Watch out for this guy, he`s likely to leave us forMarvel or Dreamwave one of these days and give one ofthe big wigs there a run for his money. Discuss this here. 

PRangerX here. I have added the lightspeed section to the tv show section. Right now it contains a summery of the season as well as the link to the episode guide of it. I also fixed some errors in the lightspeed episode guide. I fixed the color scheme of the tv show section as well. I took out the Forever Red Section but you can still access it in the WF episode guide.  Expect a Time Force section to be up soon. This is the area of the site I am going to focus on the most now that the epsiode guide is up to date. Discuss this here.

PRangerX here. I am happy to say that the episode guide is now up to date. It seems hard to believe that four or five months ago I was just starting on the mmpr season 1 episode guide. It feels good to have every episode at least briefly summerized. I would like to thank Power Ranger Central, Naks Power Rangers, Power Rangers TV Tome and the Writers Guide for providing me with  guides to work with. Thanks to the hard work of their webmasters I was able to read about past episodes ( instead of relying upon memory alone) and write my own original episode guide. I finally updated the turbo episode guide to include the Divazords in the summeries. I might go back and expand upon the guides later but for all intents and perpouses you can consider them up to date.  Discuss this here.

PRangerX here.Well as you can see our layout has been upgraded. I can't take credit for the actual design. It was a layout quasar designed for the PROD orginally. I played with it a little and have been using varations of it. I decided to go back to her orginal layout and just imput my info. I think she did a real good job with the layout. I decided to go a different direction for the PROD in terms of layout but this works well  at XRO. Discuss this  here.

PRangerX here. Well Tutenhawken's Curse certainly was an entertaining filler eps. It just didn;t seem boring or too slow paced. Plus we got some more character growth for Cassidy. In the way she stood up for Devin against Tutenhawken. It was also nice to get an Ethan episode. I think some of the humor this episode was the best its been in awhile. I especially loved it when Hayley was mad that the Rangers wanted the cycle to fly. I also loved how Mesagog made reference to the fact that he wants the gems. Good to know the writers didn't forget about that. The episode packed plenty of action. We got some good visuals of Ethan on his hover cycle. The zord battle was a little brief but their is nothing really to complain about in this episode. Expect Rangerking to review it soon. Power Rangers Central was one of the best Power Rangers sites on the net for almost a decade. Now after 8 years Ray Calderon has shut down his site. Read my tribute to the site  here. 

Okay you can officially call XRO reluanched. From now on expect all website updates and newsbites to apear here. Just like they did at the PROD. Rangerking has already agreed to be a episode reviewer so expect some eps reviews eventually. I am going to post the PRC Tribute I did at PROD here. Thats similar to the kind of opinion pieces I will be working on here.  I have placed all of the newsbites at PROD in an archive. You can excess them by clicking on the XRO Archives Link. Future newsbites from here will slowly be added to the archive as they start to get to numerous on this main page. And rest assured XRO's orginal content is still up. To view XRO as it was orginally simply go to XRO Classic. As a final note I would like to apoligize for all the spelling errors in my last anouncement. Today's episode was certainly  action filled. I have to say that this episode was entertaining for that reason. This is more how  last episode should have been done, almost all action so the focus could have been on the Tommy/Zeltrac final battle. Back to Today's episode though, I don't like them  writing off the Evil White Ranger Clone so early. It just doesn't seem like they used him to his full potential. Its interesting that Cassidy and Ethan are becoming and item. Until the end of last episode one wouldn't have expected that. It will be interesting to see of Cassidy and Kira really become friends. I wish the satillite plot would have been explained a bit more. Geeze, Mesagog just keeps losing henchman, maybe he needs to put an ad in the paper or something.  I can see it now Help Wanted: Henchman with at least two years villian experiance. This is Ross I have decided to cancel the fan fic contest. Due to being very busy.

I am thinking about relaunching XRangerOnline. I won't take on all my old responsibilities though. What I need is people to volunteer to become staff members,  write columns, and episode reviews ect. I want the columns to be diverse and not just like my old one. While we relaunch feel free to view XRangerOnline as it was. Discuss this topic here.

Don't expect to many updates the next few weeks. He doesn't have the time to update much right now. Finally, it appears Power Rangers Central  might be down for good. I don;t want to jump to any conclusions, but if Ray really took the site down expect a retrospective about PRC and its importance to the fandom. Rangerboard is still up and running well but Rangerbase is down like PRC.

Somehow I goofed and put up a privous  version of the main page was up. Well as you can tell the right version is back up.

I just got done updating the DT Episode Guide. As for my thoughts on today's episode.... I think the episode was fairly good in places. There diffinitly was some good action and Conner's new Zord looked good.  My main problem stems from the fact that the whole Tommy/Zeltrax finaly battle wasn't focused on enough in the episode.  It just didn't seem to go with the whole Kira subpolt. The Kira subplot wasn't bad in itself it just would have worked better in a more filler type of episode. Not in an episode where one of your villians dies out of nowhere. The battle between Oliver and Zeltrax was pretty good for a final battle. Its just that killing Zeltrax just like that after all the buildup we got storywise ( regrading to his rivalery with Dr. Oliver) just seems to make everything regarding Zeltrax worthless. Now I should note that there is a good chance Zeltrax will be back ina more powerful form. In that case the most of the above rant is meaningless. Discuss this here.

I'm back from my vacation. So expect things to go back to normal around here. My vacation was relaxing. Three days at the beach was diffinitly relaxing. But enough about me. You can stop watching those PR reruns now. Of course now you all probably want to hit  me for  my bad sense of humor. And I am only digging my hole deeper with that last statement.

Well don't expect many updates over the next few days. I am going on vacation starting tommarrow. Its only three days though so I think you will all live. I will be back for friday at the very least.  Until than watch pr reruns or something  I don't know.

A word on Tommy being stucked morphed. It seems a lot of people at rangerboard ( and I am sure accross the fandom) are sick of seeing Tommy being stucked in morphed form. While I agree that it would be nice to have JDF back in the flesh it is piontless to complain about it. JDF needed extra time off to be with his family and to take care of his personal affairs. It is not easy leaving you every day life to go halfway acrosss the globe to shoot a tv series. Doug and Ann did the best they could with what they had.  Tommy should be unmorphed very soon and we will still see JDF for most of the season. Doug or Ann can't do anything about it now as filming for DT ended a long time ago. Discuss this here.

Well Today's Episode was fairly good. Definitly an episode for throughs who love the action. I must admit the Trassic powers are cool. The subplot with the Foreign Exhange student seemed a little tact on but I guess it served its perpous in some ways.. I like how Conner still doesn't fully trust trent. A monster made from the evil white rangers powers was an interesting concept. Personally I would have had Trent lose his white ranger powers and become the Trassic Ranger ( with the White Ranger Clone still being around). But as I said not a not a bad episode.
