Doctor K was gifted with a great genius as a child. Which got her on the radar of Alphabet Soup. The government took her into custody at a very young age. They lied to K about her having a disease that prevented her from going outside. K would get a cake every year on her Birthday. But she was never allowed to go outside. K forgot her real name overtime. She was forced to work on many government projects. She was drafted to work on the Venjix Virus Project and Project Ranger. Gem and Gemma were brought in to jion Project Ranger. K was anti-social and did not like working with the overly cheery Gem and Gemma. They bought her a pencil on her birthday and remained friends with her, even when she was cold to them. K began to consider them friends.  K accidently made her way outside and realized that she had been lied to. She released the Venjix Virus into the Alphabet Soup computers. The guards captured her before she could put in the firewall. Venjix infected the world's systems and decimated humanity. Doctor K sent out a message calling for all suvivors to go to the domed city of Corinth. K planned on using the Ranger Tech to defeat Venjix. Alphabet Soup had other plans. They were more concerned about Venjix getting traced back to them.  The agents planned to kill K. Gem and Gemma took the agents out to save her. Gem and Gemma were lost while trying to get to the Gold and Silver Morphers. K was able to escape with the orginal fie Morphers. She made her way to Corinth alone. She recruited Scott, Summer, and Flynn to become the Series Red, Yellow, and Blue Operators. She talked to them through a computer screen. The Rangers assumed she was a older man. K did not like to get close to the Ranger's personally and always called them by their suit colors. This was due to what happened to Gem and Gemma. K noticed that Venjix was adapting too quickly. Dillion was recruited to be the Series Black Operator. Dillion passed all of K's test. Ziggy ( Dillions's friend) annoyed K. She made him scrub the floors when he called the suit armor spandex. Which was one of her pet peeves. K was annoyed when Ziggy became the Green Ranger on accident. She did not feel that he was worthy of the power.  Dillion accused K of being aloof and questioned her resolve. K realized she was being unfair and chose to reveal her true appearance to the team. The Rangers were surprised to see that she was actually a young woman. Ziggy tried to become her friend. K made it clear that she wanted nothing to do with him. But she did try to train him to use his teleporting power. K had no sympathy for him when he was arrested for seemingly robbing a bank. When it was revealed that Ziggy owed money to the mod, K had no problem suspending Ziggy from his duties. Later one of Fresno Bob's men, informed K that Ziggy took medical supplies for sick orphans. He kept that quiet to protect them from Fresno Bob. K came to Ziggy's rescue and reinstated him as a Ranger. Dillion  had a hard time with K's seemingly cold hearted attiude in certian situations. K never wavered however. K worked tirelessly on the zords and zord configurations. She let Scott journey into the Wasteland by himself for a key piece of equitment. Dillion confronted K about this. But K simply stated that Scott was team leader and could do what he wanted. K noticed a flaw in Flynn's time manipulation powers and had him grounded. She was annoyed when he asked her too many questions. She was surprised when Flynn solved his problem himself. K was a skilled violinest. She often played when she was sad . She had a sonic blaster connected to it. Which she could use to defend herself. She served as a decoy for Tenaya 7 during Summer's wedding. She used her violin to send Tenaya away. Tenaya got the same treatment when she tried to sneak into the garage a second time. K noticed Summer's attaction to Scott and Dillion. She wondered who she prefered. She soon learned that it was Dillion.  K descovered the Venjix Virus in Dillion. She did everything to try and  slow this down. ut had no cure for him at the time. Eventually, K was forced to reveal that she designed Venjix. The Rangers accepted that it was a mistake. Doctor K was overjoyed when Gem and Gemma turned up alive. She starred to loosen up and call the Rangers by their first names.  The Rangers thought her kind behavior was strange. Ziggy felt left out when K kept calling him Ranger Green. K had an affinity for junk food. She sent Ziggy and Scott to the store to buy her some.   Doctor K was able to turn Venjix's Doomsday Bot into the Whale Zord.  Doctor K became worried when Venjix's forces went searching for an Alphabet Soup storage area. The Rangers found the Paleomax Zord but could not control it. Truman's man found information linking K to the creation of Venjix. He wanted K arrested for crimes against humanity . K alluded Truman's men by using holographic technology. She was really hiding in the Command Tower. Truman eventually found her and planned to arrest her. K explained that she couldn't change the past, only the future. Truman let K help her team. K was able to help Scott gain control of the Paleomax and to activate the Paleomax Megazord. Truman gave K a full pardon.  When Hyper Bot loomed as a thread and Tenaya was revealed as Dillion's sister....K knew that the Ranger's needed to trust Tenaya. Tenaya was able to get K the codes she needed to help the Rangers defeat Hyper Bot. Which led to the RPM Ultrzazord Configuration. When Ziggy was abucted by Tenaya 15, K secretly searched for him on her computer. She also worked with Gem and Gemma on the Rail Saber. When Ziggy wanted to go outside K volunteered to go with him. Ziggy was surprised by this. K and Ziggy were attacked by Kilobyte and some Grinders. Ziggy teleported K away. The two wound up in a cave. Ziggy demorphed, trapping the two until someone could access K's computer to recharge Ziggy's morpher. K revealed that it was her birthday and she wanted to go outside. Ziggy cheered her up by doing sock pupputs. They passed out when they ran out of air. The Rangers tried to access K's computer but couldn't find the password. They were treated to a recording of K recapping their adventures. They only had so many guesses before the computer deleted itself. Summer guessed that the password was Ziggy . Gem and Gemma were able to  recharge Ziggy's morpher. Which allowed Ziggy to bring K home. Summer kept K's attraction to Ziggy a secret.  K  had an anti-dote ready for Dillion's Venjix Virus. But it was still in the testing phase. K descovered that the whoel city was full of sleeper Hybrids. K worked hard to get the anti-dote ready. The Hybrids were activated and Venjix took over the city. Ziggy tried to defend K but Venjix and his soldiers go through. Ziggy and K were taken into a truck. Ziggy was able to help K out of her handcuffs. Dillion used the anti-dote on himself and Tenaya 15.When Dillion was injured, K detected that his circuits were frozen. K came up with the idea of downloading a virus into Venjix. This allowed K to manipulate Venjix's forces with the bio field.  She was able to undelete Gem and Gemma. She then deleted some Grinders. When the Command Tower fell on Venjix, he was defeated. K collected the morphers from the Rangers. Dillion thanked her for everything. K told Tenaya that she checked out but her eye implants weren't gurrenteed to work forever.  K planned to open a school with Ziggy, Who she now called by his first name.

Colonel Truman  was the Commanding Officer of Corinth City. He was responsible for the well being of all its citizens. He seemed to rule Corinth with martial law. Truman usually defered to Doctor K and her Rangers. Truman had two sons who jioned the military like him. Marcus and Scott. Marcus was the squad leader of Eagle Squad. Scott was a new recruit. During the battle of  Corinth both men got shot down. Marcus died in the crash but Scott was able to make it back to the city. Truman treated Scott coldly when he found out about Marcus's death. Truman ordered the shields be raised. Scott left the military to jion the Rangers. He always felt like his father didn't pay attention to him and favored Marcus. Truman's plan was always to defend the city rather then launch an offensive. Which out him at odds with his son, who often wanted to take the fight to Venjix. Truman liked to do things by the book and was very strict with his soldiers. He did have a respect for life and his responsibilities for protecting Corinth. Deep down the loss of Marcus deeply effected him. Scott needed to get to Marcus' wreckage to retrieve a special engine. Truman didn't  want Scott going out of the city. But Scott did so anyway. Truman showed up with some troops to back Scott up. He was disapointed in his son for being wreckless. But Scott pointed out that Marcus would have done the same thing.  He provided the Rangers with the Go-onger when they needed to venture out to investigate Omega City for Dillion. When K needed to reach them she requested that Truman sacrifice some of the shield power so she could have a stronger signal. Truman felt that this was too dangerous.  K mentioned a nasty formula she made during her time at Alpabet Soup. Which was enough incentive for Truman to change his mind.  When Corinth was threatened, Truman ordered the shields be risen higher. Scott tried to tell him that it was a trap. Since Venjix planned to trap them with no air. Truman did not listen and it was too late. The Rangers were able to save the day. Truman led as group of his soldiers to help the Rangers rescue the prisioners from Venjix's factory. When Gem and Scott rescued Truman and his med, Gem was given a medal. Scott felt left out by his father. When Scott and Gem rescued some prisoners in the Wasteland, Truman gave a medal to Scott. Scott didn't accept it , since he was reckless and didn't deserve it. Truman was proud of his son for this. When Truman found out that K designed Venjix...He ordered her arrested. K convinced him that the past should be let go. They needed to worry about the future. Truman decided to give her a pardon.   Scott wanted Truman to take the fight to Venjix's Palace. Since Dillion was running out of time. Truman didn't want to risk the city for one man. When many sleeper Hybrids were descovered in the city, Truman realized that his son was right all along. Just when Truman prepared for an offensive, Venjix took over the Command Tower. Scott and the Rangers saved Truman and his men from becoming Hybrids.  After Venjix's defeat, Truman learned that the air in the Wasteland was becoming cleaner.  Truman invited Scott back to the Air Force. This time as Eagle Squaderon leader. 

When Ziggy worked for Fresno Bob, he was forced to extort orphange. He instead entertained the children. When the kids got sick, he robbed medical supplied that the cartells were going to sell. So the orphans could be treated for gemma sickness. Fresno Bob never found out about where the money went. And seemed more concerned with getting even with Ziggy.
