As it turns out, it will be on Nickelodeon, Nicktoons AND Vortexx but Nickelodeon will get first episode dibs.

Digimon Fusion will be airing its next new episode on (Monday) February 17, 2014.

sounds like Digimon Fusion will be returning with a double premiere during the July 4th weekend and they're planning on finishing up the current batch of episodes sometime in August more than likely.
