Hm, hard to say really. As a character, and fighter, she'd definitely rank way up there. However, as a team player, she'd rank pretty low. So, as an all around senshi, I'd actually have to rank her middle of the road, at about a 7. Not bad enough to score a 6, or less. But, not good enough to rank an 8 or better.

8. She was obviously an excellent fighter and very level-headed, but her stubbornness even agitated Neptune at times. It sometimes seemed like Uranus was just acting holier than thou so Moon would have to step up just to shut her up.

She's cool. She's pretty nice with Usagi most of the time. I'll give her an 8.
